RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HR POLICY CONSULTANT

  • Refresh all HR policies and procedures.
  • Work with existing HR team to co-develop updated documents.
  • Ensure policies are compatible with the Council’s Co-Pilot environment for digital guidance.
  • Improve manager experience for performance, absence, appraisal and objectives.
