Spinwell is recruiting for a Customer Hub Assistant for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.
Responsibilities of the Customer Hub Assistant:
- To deliver our One Front Door approach and principles that ensure that customers receive a consistent level of service, regardless of when and how they interact with us.
- To give thousands of customers a great customer experience, adding value by successfully delivering the right outcomes.
- To understand when and how to build self-serve capability and promote digital channels, as well as provide exceptional advice and guidance to put customers first.
Skills/Experience of the Customer Hub Assistant:
- Some experience in a customer facing role, excellent inter-personal skills and a proven ability to deal effectively with customers and remain calm in contentious and difficult situations.
- Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, follow procedures and processes and maintain accurate records.
- Proven ability to be accurate, detailed and professional in approach to work.
- Proven ability to deliver high standards and good customer service.
- Clear understanding of health and safety procedures.
- Good standard of education with a minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent experience.
