Location: Hybrid/Abingdon – 3 days/week on site (Tues-Thurs)

Spinwell is recruiting for a People Administrator for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PEOPLE ADMINISTRATOR

The People Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the People team, ensuring the smooth delivery of People operations and projects across the employee lifecycle. This role is integral in helping the People function deliver an excellent employee experience by managing day-to-day administration, supporting project delivery, and acting as a reliable point of coordination within the team.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE PEOPLE ADMINISTRATOR

  • Previous experience in an HR administration or HR operations role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Discreet and professional, with an understanding of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Proactive, hands-on and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Build trust quickly and can work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
