Do you have experience in ship finance or ship S&P? London based shipowner is seeking a Paralegal to support the GC with legal duties, such as:
- S&P documents
- Ship finance document review / drafting
- Commercial shipping document review
- Reviewing agreements for both shipping and transactional work
- Drafting legal documents and commercial contracts
- NDAs
- Flag registrations
- Documents regarding changing ownership of vessels
This is a non-contentious role in a busy, fast paced working environment where no 2 days will be the same as is working in the ever-changing shipping market. The successful candidate will have ship finance or S&P experience and the ability to work independently and autonomously with the resilience & confidence to liaise with senior stakeholders.
