Spinnaker Global is seeking a Loss Prevention, Legal & Insurance Coordinator to join a global maritime organisation supporting operations across the Europe & Africa region. This role sits at the heart of claims, contract support, and risk management activity, working closely with regional teams, global headquarters, and external partners to help reduce operational and financial risk.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting the management and administration of P&I and commercial insurance claims
  • Assisting with incident investigations, documentation review, and root cause analysis
  • Reviewing maritime contracts to identify risk exposure and ensure alignment with internal standards
  • Supporting insurance renewals and broker engagement across key policy lines
  • Contributing to risk, compliance, and loss prevention projects, including system and process improvements
  • Helping to deliver training, workshops, and best practice guidance across a regional network

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in maritime logistics, shipping, P&I clubs, or marine insurance administration
