Job Description
We are currently partnered with a privately owned multinational shipping group assisting with the hire of an Operational and Commercial Pricing Analyst for their non-containerized business in their London office.
Your Role:
In this position, you will be tasked with assessing and responding to the line’s agency network with a quote for non-containerized cargo, i.e., roro and breakbulk cargoes. You will be working closely with an experienced Commercial Manager, maintaining standard tariffs, developing tender submissions, as well as tracking relevant market segments for changes in competition and market rate levels.
This position would be suitable for:
- Fresh maritime graduate.
- Someone with 1-2 years of commercial experience in shipping, ideally gained in a shipping line or freight forwarder.
- Breakbulk/RoRo experience would be advantageous but not essential.
- Someone currently located in London.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and ideally experience using PowerBI.
