An international maritime organisation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of its professional training and development programmes. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all learning products, ranging from online courses to in-person workshops and certification schemes—are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working closely with internal teams and external instructors, the successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery planning, coordination, and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all training programmes and learning events
- Oversee the delivery of courses, workshops, certification schemes, and recognition services
- Ensure all programmes are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high-quality standard
- Manage and coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resources, and instructor engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensuring smooth delivery and support
- Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative support to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements where required
- Maintain high standards of learner experience and engagement across all programmes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide feedback and continuously improve offerings
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in an education coordination, operations, or delivery-focused role
- Maritime industry knowledge or exposure is highly desirable
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workflows
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Comfortable working with both internal teams and external partners
