Maritime Data & Analytics Consultant - UK

We are working with an organisation in the maritime sector that is expanding its capability across data and analytics.

This is a newly created position, driven by recent internal success, and offers an opportunity to contribute to the development of data-led solutions within the business.

The Opportunity

This role sits at the intersection of data and maritime operations. You will work with operational data to support analysis, generate insights, and contribute to improving performance and decision-making.

The position requires an understanding of both data and the operational context in which it is applied.

What You Will Be Doing

• Analyse and interpret maritime-related data
• Support the development of insights to inform decision-making
• Work with internal stakeholders on data-related initiatives
• Contribute to the ongoing development of analytics capabilities

What We Are Looking For

• Experience in data analytics or a related field
• Strong technical skills, such as SQL and or Python
• Exposure to the maritime or shipping industry
• Understanding of vessel operations or related areas is beneficial
• Ability to communicate findings clearly
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset
