Do you have experience in ship finance or ship S&P? A London based shipowner is seeking a Paralegal to support the GC with legal duties, such as:
- S&P documents
- Reviewing agreements for both shipping and transactional work
- Drafting legal documents and commercial contracts

- Documents regarding changing ownership of vessels
This is a non-contentious role in a busy, fast paced working environment where no 2 days will be the same as is working in the ever-changing shipping market.
