An international maritime organisation is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of its professional training and development programmes. This is a key operational role responsible for ensuring all learning products, ranging from online courses to in-person workshops and certification schemes, are delivered to a consistently high standard.

Working closely with internal teams and external instructors, the successful candidate will take full ownership of delivery planning, coordination, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of all training programmes and learning events.
  • Oversee the delivery of courses, workshops, certification schemes, and recognition services.
  • Ensure all programmes are delivered on time, accurately, and to a high-quality standard.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics, including scheduling, resources, and instructor engagement.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for instructors, ensuring smooth delivery and support.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Monitor delivery performance and implement improvements where required.
