A long-established P&I Club specialising in P&I and related marine insurance for vessel owners, operators, and charterers is seeking a qualified lawyer to join its Offshore Syndicate as a Claims Executive.

This is a permanent role suited to someone proactive and keen to develop within a collaborative claims environment. The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of offshore marine claims and further build expertise within a respected P&I setting. The organisation operates a hybrid working model (3 days from home, minimum 2 days in the office post-probation).

You will manage a portfolio of claims files, ensuring accurate reserving, effective investigation, and timely reporting. You will prepare claims documentation, escalate significant matters where appropriate, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and cross-functional collaboration. There may also be involvement in legal costs cover matters, depending on allocation.
