Would you be able to influence shipowners to eliminate pollution below the waterline forever? You’ll use your consultative sales skills and maritime technical knowledge to ensure this company’s products are selected based on zero pollution, lower OPEX, and reduced maintenance time for the ship’s crew.
Joining a well-established, privately owned company that designs, manufactures, supplies, and installs pollution-free, non-metallic bearing and seal systems, you’ll report to the VP of Business Development in Canada. Your responsibility will be for the sales growth of products to commercial ship owners in the United Kingdom, Denmark, Norway, Netherlands, and Germany.
You’ll develop relationships with C-Suite, technical, and environmental contacts, targeting new build contracts, as well as manage distributor relationships. To be successful, you’ll be able to demonstrate B2B sales success in the maritime industry, with a technical product or service.
This role involves frequent overnight travel; therefore, you will be prepared and willing to regularly travel internationally to meet with clients. You need the existing right to live, work, and travel in the European Union or the United Kingdom without sponsorship.
