Some roles support a business. This one helps keep it moving.

As an international recruitment and consultancy business, we're looking for an Office & Operations Manager who acts as the operational backbone of the company.

From managing facilities, suppliers and corporate administration to overseeing HR processes, supporting senior leadership and coordinating international compliance activities, this role provides visibility across almost every area of the organisation.

Working closely with Directors, this role touches almost every part of the business and there is a strong emphasis on ownership rather than task completion

Key Responsibilities

  • Office and Business Operations

  • Singapore Office and Entity Administration
  • Governance, Data Protection and Compliance
  • Recruitment CRM and Systems

This opportunity is likely to appeal to you if you enjoy variety, take pride in creating structure, and are looking for a position that offers genuine influence across a business rather than a narrowly defined administrative remit.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, Business Manager, Executive Assistant or Senior Business Support professional within an SME environment.
  • Proven responsibility for the smooth running of office operations, supplier management, facilities, contracts and business administration.
