We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Officer (PMO) for an innovative company in the automotive industry in the Bracknell area. The company is seeking a dynamic individual to drive digital transformation across all product lines. You'll be part of the IT Governance team to manage and support portfolio management activities.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with project and program managers to track project deliverables monthly.
- Training project managers on new templates and processes.
- Enhancing project management methods and maintaining project management tools.
Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in project management and PMO activities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of board-level interactions.
- Experience in managing cost centres and resource allocation.
- Background in training and mentoring project managers.
- Knowledge of standard project management and portfolio management methodologies.
