I'm working with a brilliant scale-up based in Solihull who are looking to expand their compliance team. They are a SaaS business focused on the logistics industry and this role is essential to help advise and onboard new clients whilst keeping the entire process compliant. This role will have a large focus on employment law and policy for both permanent members of staff and sub-contractors to make sure they have the right contracts in place. There may be times that you are required to travel to visit clients; however, this would be a few times a month and all costs would be covered.

Essential Experience

  • 1+ years in a compliance role
  • Contract reviewing / drafting experience
  • Knowledge of employment law & policy (IR35 etc) would be beneficial
  • Any formal legal qualifications would also be beneficial
