We are looking for an experienced Project Manager Officer (PMO) for an Innovative company in the Automotive Industry in Reading area. The company are seeking a dynamic individual to drive digital transformation across all product lines.
Job Description:
You’ll be part of the IT Governance team to manage and support Portfolio Management activities. Collaborate with project and program managers to track project deliverables monthly. The role entails training project managers on new templates and processes, enhance project management methods and maintain project management tools.
Experience:
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in project management and PMO activities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of board-level interactions.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Desirable:
- Experience in managing cost centres and resource allocation.
- Background in training and mentoring project managers.
- Knowledge of standard project management and portfolio management methodologies
