We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager for an exciting Prop Tech company based in London.

This is a new role within our Clients business and an important hire as they look to expand into new industries and markets. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing the marketing strategy for their new platform, ensuring it reaches the right audiences, drives engagement, and accelerates adoption. This role requires a strategic thinker with significant experience in product marketing and a strong understanding of technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature updates, and pricing strategies.
  2. Conduct market research and customer interviews to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities in the built environment and urban planning space.
  3. Lead the creation of thought leadership, case studies, whitepapers, and blog content to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  4. Track and report on key metrics related to product marketing success, including adoption rates, churn, and customer feedback.

Desirable Skills:

  1. 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing – Bonus points if you’ve worked in SaaS or Prop Tech environment.
  2. Strong understanding of Technology and ability to work between the Commercial and Technical teams.
  3. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear customer benefits.
  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and keeping track of performance through data.
  5. It’s essential you’re confident using marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and product analytics platforms.
