Role & Company:
I am working with a global company who are leveraging digital technology to transform its business across all product lines, from online sales and connected vehicles to advanced back-office operations. To support business agility, they need a strong enterprise architecture aligned with their operations.
This role is responsible for defining and maintaining the target enterprise architecture, establishing the EA program and roadmap, and contributing to strategic planning. It also provides guidance to solution design and development teams using reference or solution architectures.
Experience Required:
- Great understanding of data governance practices, as well as digital technologies and transformation
- Experience translating business drivers into IT solutions, balancing long-term planning with hands-on delivery
- Experience in taking ownership over digital transformations which have generated value for the business
- Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and to be able to translate technical material to non-technical audiences
- Experience designing business documentation & processes from end-to-end
