SpineSearch is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a growing cardiology practice in Colorado. This individual will work closely with physicians and the clinical team to provide high-quality patient care, including assessments, triage, diagnostic testing, patient education, and ongoing cardiac care management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments, triage calls, and coordinate ongoing patient care.
- Review diagnostic results with physicians and communicate findings and treatment recommendations to patients.
- Assist with cardiac procedures, diagnostic testing, and patient monitoring.
- Administer treatments and medications as directed by physicians.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
- Respond to urgent clinical situations and assist with emergency protocols as needed.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure quality patient care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
- Previous cardiology or cardiac stress testing experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize patient needs, and respond effectively in urgent situations.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
