Contract: Fixed-term, 12 months (maternity cover)

Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,750 per annum

Location: SIA House, Milton Keynes (with hybrid working available).

We are looking for an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Clinical team on a 12-month maternity cover contract.

About the role

This is a rewarding opportunity to play a vital role in supporting our services team, including nurses, therapists and counsellors, ensuring people accessing our services receive a responsive, professional and compassionate experience. You'll be at the heart of our service delivery, supporting the management of referrals, maintaining accurate records within our CRM system, arranging appointments and meetings, handling enquiries and providing essential administrative support across the ‘Services Team’ team. You'll help ensure service users receive timely support while contributing to the smooth running of our services.
