Are you an experienced FEMALE Live-In Carer who is passionate about supporting others to maintain their independence? If so, we invite you to join our team at Spinal Homecare. We are a small care provider dedicated to making a big positive impact in our clients' lives. As a Live-In Care Assistant, you'll live with our client in their homes for up to 14 days, providing essential support to individuals with spinal injuries. Your role will include assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, and enabling independent living. You will receive training for specific care needs, including bowel management and catheter care.

Please note that to be considered for an interview, you MUST be a FEMALE, preferably a manual car driver, aged 21 or older, and have the legal right to live and work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship or a switch of CoS. We are also at capacity for MALE carers, so do not apply as your application will be rejected.

This position is suitable for Healthcare Assistants, Care Assistants, Support Workers, and Community Carers.

We seek someone who:

  • Is committed to providing quality live-in care.
  • Can live in a client's home for up to two or three weeks at a time.
  • Treats others with dignity and respect.
  • Can provide personal care.
  • Can work independently.
  • Is willing to travel (expenses covered).
  • Has a flexible work approach.
  • Relevant care experience, although not essential, as full training is offered.
