At Spin, you can expect to experience accelerated growth, limitless learning opportunities, and rapid career development. Our Senior Account Managers lead our key paid social and PPC accounts. You are responsible for managing client relationships and planning strategies that exceed their objectives. Your proven expertise in performance marketing, data analysis, project and people management will be key to delivering exceptional results and achieving client satisfaction. You’ll be supported by a team of Junior Account Managers, who will bring your ideas to life and report results back to the client, as well as strategists and creatives working with you to deliver on-trend, best-in-class output for our clients.
Develop paid social strategies for some of our high scale accounts, focusing on driving efficient, attributable conversion value, as well as attracting and engaging new customers. You’ll ultimately be responsible for the growth & retention of your accounts and ensuring an account manager supports you on the delivery of it.
Understand clients' business objectives and marketing needs to provide proactive strategic recommendations and spot opportunities for development. Review data across a range of reporting sources regularly, identifying patterns and trends within performance metrics to form and test against hypotheses.
Client & Project Management:
- Nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact.
- Interpret clients' business objectives and marketing needs to provide strategic recommendations and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the creative strategist and in-house designers and content creators to ensure the execution of effective creative briefs & assets.
- Analyse campaign performance through a micro and macro lens using data-driven insights to spot areas for innovation.
- Devise experiments & testing that help measure the true impact of campaigns.
- Collaborate with Account Managers & Account Executives on your accounts. Assess quality of output, provide guidance and leadership.
- Foster a collaborative, creative first and results-driven team environment.
- Mentor and upskill Account Executives on all fundamental areas of paid social.
- Contribute positively to our curious culture by prioritising time spent sharing industry, cultural and audience news, and integrating takeaways into your accounts.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Proven experience managing Paid Social & PPC accounts with an impressive track record of delivering commercial results for clients (Meta, TikTok & Google experience required, all other channels desirable but not essential).
- Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen interest in social media platforms, specifically how they can be used for advertising.
- An analytical mind with a good eye for spotting trends and insights amongst large data sets.
- A good eye for spotting and understanding performance creative that delivers results on social media.
