We’re Spin, a creative-first social agency based in London, working worldwide. Since 2016, we’ve grown from a tiny team into a 100+ strong global collective of creatives, strategists, content creators, paid social experts, and client service pros - united by one belief: social isn’t the cherry on the cake, it’s the whole damn cake. Fiercely independent and deeply curious, we craft social strategies that drive real business growth across Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and Facebook—from viral trends to scroll-stopping paid creative.

The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, digitally native Junior Community Manager to be the “voice” of our clients. This isn’t just about replying to comments; it’s about building brand affinity through witty, timely, and strategic engagement across diverse sectors. Here’s what you’ll be doing…

  • Reactive Management: Monitoring notifications across platforms (primarily Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and responding to comments/DMs within set SLAs.
  • Proactive Engagement: Identifying “out-of-home” conversations, finding relevant trending topics or creator posts where our clients can jump in to add value or humour.
  • Tone of Voice (ToV) Adherence: Switching seamlessly between different brand personas (e.g., from a professional B2B tone to a chaotic Gen‑Z TikTok brand).
  • Escalation: Identifying potential PR crises or customer service issues and flagging them to the Account Lead immediately.

Here’s what we need from you…

  • Platform Fluent: They live on TikTok and Instagram; they understand the “unwritten rules” of different social subcultures.
  • Strong Copywriter: Able to write short, punchy, and grammatically correct copy.
  • Resilient: Comfortable handling high-volume workloads and the occasional “troll” with grace.
  • Experience: 1–2 years (preferably agency‑side, but client‑side is fine if you have worked on multiple brands at once).

Some Specifics

  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Salary Bracket: ÂŁ27,000‑£30,000 depending on experience
  • Hours: 38 hours, 5 days a week (Mon‑Fri)
  • Location: Remote, or if based in London: Borough (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week, Tuesday + Thursday)
  • Contract: Permanent, Full‑Time

The Perks

  • A chance to play a part and make a difference in a young, rapidly developing agency whilst building your career.
  • Celebrate your wins with our quarterly bonus scheme - earn up to an impressive 20% additional salary.
  • Embrace the freedom of our flexi‑working policy.
  • Explore the world with our remote working policy, allowing you to work from anywhere (yes, even abroad!) for a whole month each year.
  • Enjoy a well‑deserved 25 days of holiday, with the option to snag more through our incentive scheme.
  • Look forward to Fridays with 4 PM finishes.
  • Put your health as a #1 priority with our excellent Vitality insurance.
  • Bond with the team with team outings, monthly social events, and an epic annual trip.
