The Role

We’re on the hunt for an Influencer Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. As a social agency, no day is the same. It’s a fast-paced environment, which means faster learnings, more experiences and quicker development. We genuinely want to help you progress in your career and reach your goals.

You will be in charge of managing a variety of influencers, planning strategies for influencer campaigns, and building relationships with influential individuals in a variety of sectors. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your career, take on new challenges and develop the influencer division of Spin. You’ll be managing a number of influencer projects for a rapidly growing travel company ramping up their influencer campaigns.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering influencer campaigns across a wide range of clients — from outreach and selection through to briefing, activation and reporting.
  • Managing influencer relationships from initial contact through to campaign wrap-up, including comms, negotiations and contracts.
  • Creating compelling influencer briefs that clearly communicate campaign objectives and guidelines.
  • Working with internal teams to set campaign KPIs and ensure influencer activity aligns with client goals.
  • Coordinating day-to-day campaign management, including timelines, deliverables and content approvals.
  • Tracking campaign progress and compiling clear, insightful reports that highlight performance against KPIs.
  • Contributing to the growth of our influencer capability by maintaining strong influencer and talent agent relationships and keeping our internal talent lists updated.
  • Supporting on influencer proposals and strategic recommendations for new business or existing client opportunities.
  • Staying on top of emerging influencer trends, platform developments and talent to bring fresh thinking to our campaigns.
  • Liaising with other teams within the business, including Client Leadership, Data and Insights, Strategy and Creative to collaborate on the end-to-end influencer output.
  • Maintaining meaningful relationships with a broad spectrum of influencers and agents across all channels.
  • Building out Spin’s black book of influencers and talent agents in line with this.

Here’s what we need from you:

  • At least two years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to build relationships with creators, clients and colleagues alike.
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and confidence in managing multiple campaigns at once.
  • Good organisational skills with experience overseeing influencer activations from start to finish.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery and reporting platforms.
  • An understanding of social platforms and how influencer marketing fits into the broader digital mix, including a strong understanding of owned and paid social media.
  • Confidence working with influencer contracts, usage rights and budget tracking.
  • A proactive approach to building influencer relationships and curating talent lists that deliver strong results.
  • An eye for detail from the briefing stage through to reviewing content and reporting back to clients.
  • A passion for the creator economy and a curiosity for what’s next.
