We are a social media agency in the business of spinning heads and stopping thumbs - bringing together imaginative and intelligent minds to help our clients achieve jaw-dropping business growth across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Facebook.
We are looking for someone awesome with a self-starter attitude to become a dedicated Account Manager here at Spin. You will be in charge of managing a range of accounts, responsible for building strong relationships with these clients and helping them achieve their goals. Working alongside fellow Account Managers and a Senior Account Manager, you will be part of a close-knit team but will often also collaborate with other teams including our in-house design and production teams.
With this role comes a heap of opportunities to develop and grow within our business:
- Proactive management of client relationships.
- Regularly engaging with clients over the phone, via email or in person.
- Analysing data and producing insightful reports for your clients.
- Ideating, brainstorming and briefing creative social media concepts for best-in-class social media content.
- Scheduling, posting, monitoring and boosting content in line with Spin and platform best practices.
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of all things social - platform updates, trending sounds and the latest memes.
- Highly proficient in using Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and content scheduling tools (Facebook Ads Manager is a plus).
- Exceptional organisational skills and a pro at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary Bracket: £35,000- £45,000 depending on experience
Hours: 38 hours, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri)
Location: Borough, London (hybrid - 2 days in the office per week, Tuesday + Thursday)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
