Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, including social, search, and off-channel impact measurement. Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data integration tools is a plus but not required. Analytical & Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate data into meaningful insights and actionable recommendations. Technical Aptitude: Strong skills in reporting automation and dashboard development. Collaboration & Communication: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Client Leadership, Strategy, Paid Media, and Data Engineering teams.
