Our Account Executives support some of our key accounts, creating eye-catching ads that will stop users scrolling, executing performance marketing strategies set by Senior Account Managers, and working with them to ensure client objectives are exceeded. A passion for social media, particularly in the way it can be used by brands to advertise their products and services to consumers, is crucial. And you’ll be interested in the attributes that make up a best-in-class performance creative that engages audiences to stop the scroll.

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

Client Management:

  • Support your account lead with daily comms between clients.
  • Attend weekly performance check-ins with clients, and contribute to discussion
  • Keep status updated across accounts and work within the processes set by account leads.
  • Apply original thought to build and present solutions to problems to your account lead

Campaign Execution:

  • Bring the strategies set by your account support to life across various different performance marketing channels. Namely Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube & Google Ads.
  • Create and launch new ad builds, using learnings from historic performance to identify winning combinations.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Analyse data and interpret performance metrics to diagnose issues
  • Deliver weekly and monthly reports for clients using tools such as Looker Studio & Pitch.com (prior experience not required).
  • Facilitate the ideation of creative concepts, ensuring historic learnings are considered by the creative strategist during creative briefings.
  • Ensure alignment between the client’s brand guidelines and Spin ideas & executions.
  • Collaborate with the creative strategist and in-house designers and content creators to ensure the execution of effective creative briefs & assets.
