Spilsby Surgery is looking for a friendly Care Navigator / Receptionist to join our busy GP practice in East Lindsey. You will be the first person patients meet, helping them access the right care and providing a welcoming, professional service.
You will perform reception, care navigation and general admin duties, booking appointments, registering new patients and maintaining records, while upholding confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
