Spiko, a London-based fintech, seeks a Compliance & MLRO to lead the UK entity's regulatory agenda and sign-off on MiFID obligations. You will own the UK compliance framework, engage with the FCA on licensing and ongoing submissions, and oversee AML/KYC programs for the new entity.
