Spiko is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to own hiring across the business, partnering with founders and leaders as we scale in Europe. You will act as a headhunter, build a proactive sourcing engine, and design fast, rigorous interview processes to attract top engineers, product and beyond.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle from calibration with hiring managers to offers, ensure candidate experience at every touchpoint, and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.
