· Manage pre-project planning, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure project continuity.
· Deliver projects in line with business objectives.
· Manage scope of works against contracts and oversee all commercial aspects.
· Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, steering groups, clients, and resource providers.
· Collaborate with Project Engineers, Procurement, Project Resources, Cost Control, and Finance to ensure all resources are in place before the project start date.
· Establish regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective project updates and changes.
· Develop strong client relationships and promote SPIE Wind Connect services for future opportunities.
· Monitor project metrics and performance, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
· Provide lessons learned feedback to the Head of Projects, and contribute to HSE and Bids & Tendering teams.
· Foster a culture of cost and risk management, identifying early risks and liaising with Finance and Cost Controllers.
· Promote and support a positive HSE culture and assist with project audits.
