About the role: As a Trailer Technician/ Fitter in our busy workshop, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the performance and reliability of heavy goods vehicles and plant machinery. You'll engage in a variety of hands-on tasks, including inspections, repairs, and servicing.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out trailer inspections and attending breakdowns.
  • Preparing vehicles for MOT.
  • Diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs on vehicles and plant machinery.
  • Providing vehicle servicing and general maintenance.
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety.
