About the role:

As a Pensions Administrator you'll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations ensuring seamless administration and management of various pension schemes in accordance with regulatory requirements and service level agreements. You will ensure that all transactions within their pension schemes are executed flawlessly and within agreed service levels. With a specific portfolio of clients to manage, you'll be the first point of contact for their clients, ensuring they receive full support throughout their pension journey. In this role, you will be working Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver fair and consistent service in alignment with the Company's Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) policy.
  • Collaborate with the administration team to fulfil specific task-oriented roles efficiently.
  • Own individual performance targets and actively contribute to achieving team objectives.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with clients, ensuring interactions maintain the highest professional standards.
  • Build strong business relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Escalate any operational issues to your line manager promptly.
  • Document and report risks or compliance breaches immediately.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, including adherence to the Company's Training and Competence Scheme.

About you:

You will need a previous background in Financial Services, along with a solid understanding of pension administration and UK regulatory requirements. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office and pensions systems will be crucial. You will have exceptional organisation and attention to detail skills.
