HGV Driver - Spider is advertising on behalf of CS Courier Transport Ltd , an established Ipswich-based logistics company seeking two experienced HGV Drivers to join their team, based in Ipswich, Suffolk . Opportunities are available on a self-employed or permanent contract basis , with pay dependent on the arrangement.

Salary: Approximately £54,600-£59,800 per annum , based on a day rate of £210-£230 , depending on contract arrangement and days worked (Saturdays paid at day rate of £260).
Hours: Approximately 11 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday work
About the role:
As an HGV Driver , you will undertake daytime deliveries and collections across the UK, typically completing 2-5 deliveries per day, depending on peak times.
Key responsibilities include:
Safely transporting and collecting cargo in accordance with transport regulations
Completing daily deliveries efficiently and on schedule
Conducting vehicle checks and reporting any defects or concerns
Communicating effectively with the office team regarding delays or issues
Maintaining high standards of safety, compliance and professionalism
About you:
You will be an experienced HGV Driver with at least two years' driving experience , holding a valid HGV Class C+E licence .
You'll have excellent time management and communication skills, a strong commitment to road safety and compliance, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You must be reliable, professional and comfortable with approximately 11-hour working days and occasional Saturday work.
