Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading leisure and hospitality business who are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis in Brighton, East Sussex.

Competitive Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Holiday: 25 days annual leave.

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall success of the venue, helping to deliver exceptional guest experiences while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead by example, motivate and develop your team, and help create a fun, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and colleagues.
