Due to continued growth, Spider is advertising for a vibrant Optician and Hearing store located in the centre of Norwich, Norfolk, who is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Advisor, where you will undertake a 15-18-month Optical Advisor Apprenticeship. You will achieve an Optical Advisor Level 3 qualification, opening doors to numerous career advancement opportunities.

- Hours: Working 40 hours per week, working 5 days across 7 days, working across the following shifts 9am - 5.30pm, 8.15am - 4.45pm and 10am - 6.30pm.

Key Duties include:
- Welcoming customers into the store with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Booking eye tests and ensuring a smooth process for customers.
- Conducting pre-screening for customers to ensure they receive the best possible care.
- Offering stylish advice and recommendations to match frames with individual tastes.
- Measuring frames and lenses to ensure perfect fit and vision.
- Handling phone calls with care, providing information and support to our customers.
About you:
To be a successful Customer Service Advisor you will be bright, enthusiastic, thrive in a team environment and are eager to learn! You will need GCSE Maths and English Grade 9-4 (A*-C) and meet the residency requirements (having lived in the EU for 3 years or more with the right to work in the UK). You will need to live within Norwich as need to be able to easily commute to work on weekends and bank holidays. Importantly, to be considered for this apprenticeship opportunity you must have not previously worked in the optical sector.
