CRM Manager – Spider is recruiting on behalf of an international equine charity for a full-time, permanent CRM Manager to join their Norwich-based team, managing their CRM system and with the flexibility of remote working.

About the role:
As a CRM Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting and maintaining their business-critical CRM system, transitioning from alms.NET to Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the coming years. Reporting to the Director of Fundraising, you will collaborate closely with the IT and Communications teams to manage and optimise CRM processes, ensuring effective data management and compliance. You will be the product manager of their CRM, steering the change request process while fostering collaboration across departments. Working hours will be 40 per week for this role, working remotely.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the CRM, ensuring effective data quality processes and compliance with GDPR.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance CRM security and user management.
- Oversee the implementation of Dynamics 365 configurations and manage data integrations.
- Provide training and support to staff on CRM functionalities, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.
- Monitor CRM performance, manage user requests, and build strong relationships with third-party suppliers.
