Business Development Manager – Spider is advertising on behalf of an established design, print, and branding services provider in the Suffolk region who are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team based near Bury St Edmunds covering the Suffolk region. About the role: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts across the Suffolk area, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing key client relationships, and contributing to the overall expansion of the company\’s market presence. The successful candidate will bring a hands-on approach to business development, leveraging field sales experience and excellent interpersonal skills to deliver outstanding results. The workinghours for this role will be Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm. Responsibilities: Proactively generate new business leads and grow existing accounts to meet and exceed sales targets Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable solutions Follow up on marketing campaigns and inbound leads to convert prospects into long-term clients Accurately record sales activity, client interactions, and pipeline updates Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product and service offerings to support effective sales strategies About You: The ideal candidate for this newly created Business Development Manager position, will have a proven background in B2B sales, with a strong customer-focused approach and organisational skills.
