Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading leisure and hospitality business for an Assistant General Manager to join their venue based in Soho, London on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead by example, inspire and develop the team, and consistently embody and promote the clients core values through everything you do:

Fantastic company package includes:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience

As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the overall management and success of a vibrant leisure and hospitality venue, helping to deliver unforgettable customer experiences through exceptional service, food, drinks, and entertainment. Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the overall management and smooth day-to-day running of the venue
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through a positive and collaborative management style

- Support operational planning, organisation, and administrative duties
