b Overview /b p In this role you will manage the end-to-end flow of materials and orders for domestic and international customers. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain accurate inventory, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost targets within a cross-functional team. The position supports production and materials control while driving efficiency and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on, physically active role that links logistics with manufacturing to meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements. You will work in a global logistics context with opportunities to optimize processes and collaborate across departments. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Private healthcare /li li Health cash plan /li li Salary Sacrifice Pension /li li Life assurance /li li 25 days holiday plus bank holidays /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching materials and customer orders /li li Managing courier deliveries and collections, including tracking /li li Coordinating with worldwide customs, freight forwarders and clearing agents /li li Maintaining accurate inventory, investigating discrepancies and completing stock counts /li li Maintaining import/export records and documentation to HMRC requirements /li li Loading and unloading deliveries manually and by forklift /li li Processing non-conforming stock and maintaining required documentation /li li Supporting mechanical assembly, component inspection and record keeping /li li Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting other production departments when required /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs requirements, including Incoterms 2010® /li li Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail /li li Positive team player with ability to work independently /li li Good communication skills and IT proficiency (MS Office) /li li Experience in receiving/distribution environment and HMRC customs compliance /li li Desirable: full clean driving licence and forklift licence /li li Physical ability to handle materials from grams to several hundred kilograms /li /ul ul li Team player /li li Strong communication /li li Detail-oriented /li li Import/Export procedures /li li Customs compliance (HMRC) /li li Incoterms 2010® knowledge /li /ul
