About the role:
As an Executive Assistant, you\βll support the management team; overseeing schedules, manage meeting logistics, produce reports, and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You\βll be an important part of the management team\βs efficiency, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
β Coordinate the management team\βs schedules, organise meetings without conflicts, prepare agendas, and handle all logistics including venue booking and tech setup.
β Create, maintain, and distribute reports and presentations aligned with meeting objectives; manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance summaries.
β Record meeting actions, assign responsibilities, set deadlines, and follow up with team members to ensure progress and completion of key tasks and projects.
β Manage inboxes, draft responses, support various admin and project-related tasks, and act as a liaison across departments for effective communication.
β Prioritise and adjust the management team\βs calendars, ensure key deadlines are met, and maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.
About you:
As our new Executive Assistant, you will have a proven background in task administration and project coordination. With excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities, you\βre also a confident communicator and motivator. IT proficiency particularly with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
