Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Friday: 6:00am – 2:00pm, 45 minutes total break each day (taken at 9:00am and 12:00pm)
We're currently recruiting for a Window Fabricator to join our client based in Witham, Essex. This is an excellent Temp to Perm opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer.

About the Role:
Working as part of the production team, you'll be involved in the manufacture of high-quality windows from start to finish. You'll receive training across several departments, learning each stage of the manufacturing process while ensuring products meet quality standards and customer specifications.
Key Duties:
- Manufacture and assemble window products to company quality standards
- Learn and work across different departments throughout the production process
- Work on the hanging line preparing products for the next manufacturing stage
- Learn the different furniture options and product ranges available
- Support the Stores department by preparing customer orders and window packs
- Carry out glass inspection and quality checks
- Ensure products are completed accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
- Assist with additional production duties and support colleagues where required
About You:
You'll be a reliable and hardworking individual with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn. You'll enjoy working in a team environment and take pride in producing high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Previous window manufacturing experience is preferred
- Candidates with transferable skills from a similar manufacturing or fabrication environment will also be considered
- Good practical and manual skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Good communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
