We’re currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join our client, a leading manufacturer based on the outskirts of Woodbridge, Suffolk, with an immediate start available. Due to the rural location, candidates must have their own transport. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, with a permanent contract offered after a successful 3-month trial period. The company provides excellent training and development, allowing you to learn multiple areas of the business with opportunities for pay increases as your skills grow.
Key Duties
- Adding bottles to the production line
- Packing bottles into boxes ready for dispatch
- Ensuring all standards, procedures and practices are followed
- Supporting production targets in a fast-paced environment
About You
You’ll be a reliable and motivated Production Operative with a good work ethic and attention to detail. You’ll be flexible with the working shifts, following procedures, and contributing positively within a manufacturing team.
Requirements
- Previous production, manufacturing, warehouse or packaging experience is beneficial
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Own transport due to site location – this is essential
- Good attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to learn and develop within the business
