Due to continued firm-wide growth, Ellisons is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. We have opportunities available within either our Colchester or Frinton offices in Essex.

About the role:
As a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will join one of the region’s most established and successful law firms, helping to support the continued growth of our Residential Conveyancing teams in Colchester and Frinton. Working within a friendly and supportive environment, you will manage all residential conveyancing matters while building strong relationships with clients and maintaining the high standards of service for which Ellisons is known. Whether you are an experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer or earlier in your legal career, this is an excellent opportunity to develop professionally within a firm that values its people and provides genuine opportunities for progression.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Manage a residential conveyancing caseload, delivering high-quality legal advice and service to clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through a professional and client-focused approach

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements at all times
