Spider is advertising on behalf of our client who is a well‑established green waste open windrow compost site based near Colchester, Essex. They are currently recruiting a Plant Operator who has had previous experience with recycling or waste management machinery to join their team.

The key roles of the Plant Operator are to operate a 360 excavator to both turn windrows and screen compost in a trommel screener. The Plant Operator will also be required to load lorries with compost using a loading shovel.
