About the role:
They are looking for a skilled and motivated Care Coordinator to join their dynamic team, supporting both the Roster and Client Services Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination of care for clients, working closely with various healthcare professionals and stakeholders. Your working hours will be 7am – 3pm or 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday in rotation.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Roster Support: Assist with weekly staff scheduling, data maintenance, real-time visit monitoring, exception analysis, and future planning.
- Client Services: Handle enquiries, support onboarding, manage client records and waiting lists, and ensure effective cross-department communication.
- Communication: Relay client updates to carers promptly and manage incoming communications from the care team.
- Compliance & Quality: Maintain accurate records, follow policies and procedures, and support quality care delivery.
- Office Administration: Perform general admin tasks including phones, data entry, file audits, and visitor support.
- Out-of-Hours Cover: Share responsibility for emergency phone and visit monitoring duties as part of the rota.
About you:
As their new Care Coordinator will have experience or a strong interest in the care sector, with excellent communication skills and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). You should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately under pressure. A self-motivated approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is essential. You will be open to training and professional development, quick to learn new systems, and committed to promoting the company. A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential. Smart presentation and willingness to complete an enhanced DBS check are required.
