Spider are looking for dynamic, motivated candidates, with ambitions to work on a varied portfolio of projects, across all sectors. Our projects are spread across residential, bespoke homes, studios, public realm and much more, meaning that the day-to-day is full of variety and opportunities to develop and learn new skills.
Ideal candidates will have strong and established measurement skills, preferably using CostX or similar, have experience in preparing cost estimates, carrying out valuations and final accounts. We are looking for somebody with strong foundations and experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant in the consultancy environment and who is wanting to join a growing and well established team in Tunbridge Wells to expand their knowledge and skills in both pre and post contract.
