Our projects range in value from £6m to £430m and are with a variety of high profile clients in the commercial, infrastructure and public sector giving our Project Managers a diverse and exciting workload. - Provide high quality project and programme management standards across the whole project lifecycle;
- Advise clients on the project cost, programme, risks and issues;
- Lead and manage multi-disciplinary professional teams;
- Lead communications and relationships with clients and their stakeholders;
- Produce monthly reports including project programmes, risk registers etc.;
- Implement effective and efficient communication tools;
- Have an up to date and developing knowledge of a range of building contract forms including JCT and NEC;
- Experience in leading and managing a multi-disciplinary team;
- Experience in the adoption and management best practice Project Management techniques;
- Experience of both pre and post contract Project Management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients;
- The ability to manage a project throughout its lifecycle;
- Proven track record to lead projects for or on behalf of local or private developers or local authorities;
- Good understanding of the roles of employer’s agent and contract administrator during the construction phase;
- Demonstrate leadership skills necessary to direct and manage the project team having responsibility, under minimum supervision, delivering projects; including pre and post project stages;
- Hold or be working towards RICS Qualified or similar Project Management Qualification.

- Numerate;
- Excellent IT skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communicator and confident talking in a meeting environment;
- Ability to work and contribute as part of a team;
- Car Driver.
Desirable but not essential attributes:
- Experienced in using Microsoft Projects or similar;
- Working towards or holds MRICS;
- Experience in developing client relationships and opportunities on further scope or new projects.
