We are a Specialty Coffee Roaster with shops in Glasgow and Troon. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
We are looking for a Full Time Supervisor with potential progression into Management.
- Full Time 35+ Hours Per Week (including weekends)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small Team of Baristas ensuring the shop is following company standards in brewing and customer service.
- Autonomy to run shifts on your own and alongside the owner.
- Excel in Customer Service to enhance our customers' experience and to promote positive online reviews.
- Be involved in creating Signature drinks, Food Specials, Events.
- Ensure profitability of the shop, managing team rotas and shifts.
- Adhering to Health and Safety & Cooksafe Regulations.
- Being a point of contact for all customers buying our coffee beans and giving advice on how to brew at home.
- Some simple food preparation.
Requirements:
- Outstanding Customer Service and the ability to educate customers on our Coffee and Brand in a friendly manner.
- At least 1 year Supervisory experience in a Coffee led environment.
- Ability to work in small teams and on own.
- MUST have a passion for coffee and the ability to drive the coffee sales in our business.
- Innovative personality.
- Organised in paperwork and organising shifts.
