We are a Specialty Coffee Roaster with shops in Glasgow and Troon. We are now recruiting for a full team of Baristas in our Mugdock Country Park venue, immediate starts available. First up, we are looking for a Full Time Supervisor.

Job Role:

  • Supervise a small Team of Baristas ensuring the shop is following company standards in brewing and customer service.
  • Autonomy to run shifts on your own and alongside the owner.
  • Excel in Customer Service to enhance our customers' experience and to promote positive online reviews.
  • Be involved in creating Signature drinks, Food Specials, Events.
  • Ensure profitability of the shop, managing team rotas and shifts.
  • Adhering to Health and Safety & Cooksafe Regulations.
  • Being a point of contact for all customers buying our coffee beans and giving advice on how to brew at home.
  • Some simple food preparation.

What we are looking for in you:

  • Outstanding Customer Service and the ability to educate customers on our Coffee and Brand in a friendly manner.
  • At least 1 year Supervisory experience in a Coffee led environment.
  • Ability to work in small teams and on your own.
  • MUST have a passion for coffee and the ability to drive the coffee sales in our business.
  • Innovative personality.
  • Organised in paperwork and organising shifts.
